The EPA Centre is owned by Lincoln College and located on Museum Road, 5 minutes from the main College. The Centre is centrally located in the historic city of Oxford, and warmly welcomes guests during the summer vacation. The Centre is very close to the Natural History and Pitt Rivers Museums. The University Parks are a 5 minute walk, as is the city centre and all its attractions. The accommodation forms part of a Victorian terrace. All bedrooms have been recently refurbished and are ensuite; they are equipped with bed linen, towels and tea & coffee making facilities. There is a Lodge on site which is staffed 24 hours per day, allowing guests to come and go as they please.

EPA are the initials of Sir Edward Penley Abraham, one of the pioneers of biomedical research. He developed the class of antibiotics known as cephalosporins, used amongst other things in the fight against diphtheria and typhoid fever. Unlike Florey, he was able to patent his cephalosporin and the money generated through royalties was used to form the Edward Abraham Fund. Lincoln College has benefited from the EPA Trust with the provision of a new accommodation and conferencing complex, named the Lincoln EPA Science Centre. The accommodation is located within a row of Victorian terraces on Museum Road; these were converted to student halls of residence between 2003 and 2006. Lincoln College itself is located on Turl Street. It was founded in 1427 by Richard Fleming, the Bishop of Lincoln. It was named after his Cathedral as "The College of the Blessed Mary and All Saints". Lincoln is among the oldest of the Turl Street Colleges, and one of the least spoilt legacies of the Middle Ages. According to Nikolaus Pevsner, Lincoln College "preserves more of the character of a 15th-century College than any other in Oxford". Guests of the EPA Centre are welcome to visit Lincoln College between the hours of 2pm and 5pm daily. The rate includes a continental-style breakfast, served within the Centre. Breakfast consists of a range of items including toast, bagels, cereals, pastries, fresh fruits, yoghurts, juices, tea and coffee etc. The items vary from day to day to keep the breakfasts interesting, but there is always a wide variety to choose from. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am, Monday to Friday. At the weekends, breakfast will be served from 9am-10.30am. The EPA Centre has a well-maintained courtyard to the rear. All rooms are provided with tea and coffee-making facilites. As part of our commitment to the environment towels and sheets are changed every 2-3 days, unless otherwise requested. Laundry facilities are available on site; laundry cards are issued at the Lodge in exchange for a £5 deposit. Please note we are unable to offer internet access in the rooms themselves, however we have a wireless hotspot set u in the breakfast room which is free for all guests.
