Situated on the southern shore of Loch Tay, amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe, Ardeonaig is a very special hotel in a spectacular location, offering peace, tranquillity, relaxation and luxury, showcasing the very best Scotland has to offer without the pretention. With ten acres of garden, commanding views straight over Loch Tay to the spectacular Lawers mountain range, snow capped from October to May, an orchard and vineyard, a variety of accommodation types to suit all budgets, you'll find that the further you venture past the front door, the more awe inspiring the Ardeonaig experience becomes. Glasgow or Edinburgh can be reached in a couple of hours, but while you're here, you'll feel a million miles away from the pressures of modern life. Today, the heart of Ardeonaig remains the original inn with contemporary guest bedrooms which are comfortable and as welcome as it's always been.

The hotel has a long history and has been welcoming travellers since the 16th century, when it gave shelter and sustenance to drovers moving their flocks to market. Breakfast is included in your room price. Loch Tay sits at the heart of an extraordinary natural larder. Wild game, fresh fish and organically-farmed meat is sourced practically from the doorstep, and depending on the season, wild garlic from the banks of the properties burn or girolles mushrooms foraged from the surrounding woods may make an appearance on the menu. The restaurant team work very hard to prepare a regularly changing menu and hope that allied to Ardeonaig's spectacular location, guests, resident and non-resident enjoy a wonderfully relaxed dining experience. Breakfast is available from 8.00am-10.00am, lunch from 12.30pm-2.45pm (booking only) and dinner from 6.30pm-8.45pm. Ardeonaig has an incredible ten acre garden between the hotel and Loch Tay with our own Orchard, Vineyard and Burn. Our garden is for our guests to relax and unwind. Guest bedrooms have been finished to an exacting high standard, with luxurious linens, contemporary decor and lavishly appointed bathrooms complete with a range of high class Scottish toiletries, a complimentary hospitality tray providing tea and freshly ground coffee facilities and locally made snacks.
